I can't sleep at night or early morning.my nose gets full stuffy and can't breathe through nose.whenever I encounter cold air or dust I start sneezing upto 5 times at length.please recommend something.

Sir, it seems u have allergic rhinitis. Its controllable with proper medications. I’d like u to do 1-2 tests for allergy and followup,meanwhile u can start medicines.
