Stuck Saunf in my Throat

I have got Saunf Stuck in my throat since morning. It is irritating me in my throat continuously. Pls tell me the solution so that i can get rid of it... I have done home made remedies of Eating Banana, honey and Gargle of Hot water...

Usually sharp food particle like saunf get lodged into tonsils or base of the tongue. It needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. It cant be removed by any home remedies
