Stubborn Warts on face, finger and thigh

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have At least 3 types of warts on face, finger and thigh and when I say 3 types that I am saying as how it looks. I have tried homeopathy treatment and medicine shows control for few weeks but then it grows back. Is there any biopsy or other tests which I can take to find out exact reason as why is it spreading and how can my body fight it. I don't believe in removing it as that won't kill the virus itself.
