Stubborn fungal resurface

Asked for Male, 39 Years

They keep coming back even after using keto soap, sertacide powder , Terbanifine powder and candida oral tablets for 1 month and then 3 months. The above meds help in reducing the issue but does not fully solve it. What can I do to make sure its gone forever? Fungal looks like ring worm patch. Can you pls help ?
