For stretch, procedures will be effective...black spots need to evaluated for diagnosing it ... treatment will depend on the diagnosis... kindly consult online with relevant photographs for proper diagnosis and treatment

Medicines per se wont make much of a difference. There are procedures like Lasers and MnRF which can help reduce stretch marks in conjunction with applications and Peels.
