I see that you're under stress which is leading you to experience constant headaches. I can sense how painful this is for you. It can be helpful to connect with a counselor to explore the triggers of these headaches and anxiety. The counselor can also assist you in developing healthy coping mechanisms to manage these symptoms. In addition to assisting with emotional regulation, a counselor can provide you a safe listening space. If the symptoms don't alleviate, the counselor can also guide you towards appropriate professionals for medical support. It will be beneficial to get a check up done from a general physician as well to rule out any physiological cause for these headaches. I hope this helps.
