Practo user, Persistently feeling low, decreased energy or enthusiasm in any activity, decreased or increased appetite, decreased or increased sleep, decreased or increased sleep, feelings of guilt, pessimistic ideas, death wishes are some complaints of depression. Feeling irritable or thinking alot can also be seen. Depression is treated with medicines and therapy and doesn't disappear on its own. I would recommend detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist. All the best!
