Stress Induced Numbness
I recently have been noticing that in moments of extreme emotion (stress, frustration, or sadness) I've been responding to the stresses differently. I've recently been becoming numb, I don't think or feel, I zone out, I can't speak and all my muscles feel an intense desire to not move - I even feel the need to stop breathing. When it's really bad my vision blurs and I struggle to keep my eyes open. Can you help me?
