I just don't know how to describe my problem. Emotional blocks I m facing. Hard time at my work place. Feels inward at my work place. Embarrassed, stressed. N so.my colloegues make fun of me. They tease me and that
make me feel a lot.. anger, embarrassed, inferior. I started making mistakes at work. Lot of mistakes. Fearful every day wen I go Office. By the time I come back home I m so tired mentally. I feel sleepy a lot. Depressed. I have went through a breakup recently. I forget things. Just couldn't stay aware and focused. Sometimes feels to run away. Sometimes to die not to suicide but just die. Wen I see people with simple occupation living simple life I really feel why did I complicated mine. Too much complex I feel.about myself. How to come out of this.please help.
