Hello practo user
I can understand your concerns regarding your issues . It seems that you are doing through a stressful event which is causing these disturbing symptoms. You can try and practice the way you communicate to others by giving a 10 second pause or wait time before you say something , this will allow you to gather your thoughts before you communicate with others . For better sleep you can follow these simple steps -- limit your usage of phone/laptop/TV in the evening , avoid heavy meals or caffeine , take a warm shower , have warm milk or a relaxing tea , practo deep breathing and guided meditation to clear your thoughts. Try and spend quality time with your friends and close family members to distract yourself. Engage in some hobby like reading or joining some classes of your interest. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth analysis of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through which you can learn positive and healthy coping skills and strategies.
