I have been stressed for almost a year now.. Because of work family and relationships.unable to focus and its taking a toll on my health physically mentally and im unable to manage t that i have started finding food to fill that void of endless pain.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Inability to focus , declining health and over eating are all indicative of an underlying mental health issue . It is suggested that you practice guided meditation and deep breathing exercise on a regular basis to help calm your thoughts , try and talk to the concerned people and express your views in a healthy and positive manner , try and engage yourself in various activities to keep yourself occupied .
