Hi... This is a difficult period (post pandemic). We are all experiencing strained personal and professional life. It is more post traumatic type. Lock downs and the following economic downturn has disrupted not only the global supply chains, lives and livelihood of people, but also the very nature of our lives. We all are experiencing a change in our perspectives, social and personal bonds/relationships, ambitions, purpose, and future, etc. There is a level of uncertainty, confusion, and conflict because of the external environment. We cannot change that, but we can learn to adapt better in this given resources (social, emotional, economic, etc.) that we have at our disposal.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Guidance and Supportive Counselling using Existentialist Approach is required.
