It happens like when somebody dies thoughts like this come that what if the same happens to us particularly when the death is sudden.This feeling should not get persistent for that you need to just engage in certain activities,try deep breathing and relaxation exercises,try not to think over these thoughts just distract yourself with something positive.Are you taking medicine for panic attacks?Have you consulted any professional who tld you that you have panic attacks?
