Stress and Anxiety
I have always been a very anxious person, but recently one of my family members told me that I maybe need to talk to a doctor about it. I have seen therapists before and my most recent one thought that I most likely had GAD. I don't want to be on medication, if I am actually diagnosed by a doctor, could this help me get an emotional support animal?
