I am under tremendous stress from family issues as well as at work.. I am anxious about everything all the time.. Some times I feel hopeless and helpless.. I don't feel like doing any work at office.. I just keep staring into void.. Its hard for me to focus on anything.. sometimes i am good.. but again my mind transports me into sadness.. and I just feel like shutting off.. Random thoughts from past and situations i went though keep coming to my mind and my mood changes and I feel angry and sad at the same time..'i feel like banging my head or crying.. I don't know if this is some mental condition that has to be treated..
