I am a student preparing for a competitive exam.though am not worried about my attempt am stressed all the time.unable to get sound sleep and had been taking help of pills.what should I do? Take a break and go home or continue my preparation..my exam Is in a month

Hi. A little anxiety is good before examinations but excessive of it interferes in preparation and performance during exams. You can do few things to decrease anxiety like don't drink excessive tea and coffee, avoid caffeine rich products. Since you have problem in sleeping as well avoid sleeping daytime. Try to do some excercise or walk during evening. Skipping your exams is not advisable. Hope it helps.
