Hii, from last one year i am stressed very much. When all things are alright suddenly something goes wrong and all the little happy times get ruined. My family is also stressed very much because of some tesnsions and seeing them stressed increases my anxiety. And my personal prblms are also very much. I cannot concentrate on any thing and i just stick to the bed whole day.
Unfortunately i have no one to share my prblms.
As a student i am not economically efficient to get counselling and guidance from any mental health professional.
I expect help from here.

1) Practice slow and fast breathing exercises
2) After the breathing exercises are done, sit in a relaxed position and focusing on your breath enjoy a guided sky meditation session. You can YouTube some guided sky meditation videos for help.
3) Drink a minimum of 4 litres of water a day
4) Add anti-oxidants to your diet. For example, green tea, pomegranate, turmeric, etc.

In life nothing will always be smooth there will be up and down... You need to be mentally strong to over come the stress. Stress is good it helps you move forward... Always try to think about solutions if there is no don't fret over it God will show u a way but you also need to be mentally fit to face such adversities in life.
Do regular exercise and maintain good sleep hygiene these are the basics.

Unfortunately,There is no one click solution for your problems. You will have to consult a psychiatrist, that too for some months.
But fortunately, government hospitals have Psychiatrists and its a 10 rupee paper that you have to make for the consultation.
Please go to a government hospital psychiatry department and get yourself treated.
