Street marks creams during pregnancy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My gynecologist wrote prescription of iron calcium today. After I purchased I found that she wrote stretch marks cream also. I am only 4 months pregnant. When do I have to use this cream. Isn't it after delivery?
