Previously she took her Last 4th ( Day 28) anti rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal ?

You need to take booster dose of Anti rabies along with local infiltration of injection Rabishield according to weight as per latest guidelines

Don't need to take Anti rabies vaccine. Take TT injection if not taken Last time If take then no need to take. Wash the wound with soap and water.
