A stray dogs nose touched my leg, maybe it licked little bit. It's a dog outside our apartment gate, I don't think it's rabid I've seen people feeding it. Should I be worried? Need to take vaccine?

If it's intact skin no need for any rabies vaccine. If you are pet lover and having frequent encounter with dogs you can take preexposure prophylaxis with vaccine.
