Strange reoccurring bruises on neck

Asked for Female, 17 Years

About a month ago I had this strange looking bruise on my neck, largish but not that noticeable as I am of medium complexion. At first I was worried about it but it went way in about a week. Now it is back and it looks like the devil tried to strangle me in my sleep. The bruise/rash is larger, darker and redder and there is a smaller one too.
