Straight Reddish line on small finger

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Yesterday I noticed there is a straight vertical reddish line on my left small finger and there are new brownish spots on both palms, I think few were already there but few of them are new . I did some internet research and results were horrible like melanoma . Can anyone please help me out?
