Stopping anxiety tablets suddenly
Two year's back i was prescribed depression tablets for 6 months , i completed the dose but from the last two year's there's too much of anxiety and depression causing sleepless nights , some night when i cant fall asleep i take those depression and anxiety tablets and the other day i stop taking it , Does this is the good way to overcome & if not then why??

Its a very malpractice you are doing. You should not stop your psychiatric medicines without consulting. It might put you in depression or mania.
