Stoping nexito plus
I've been taking nexito plus for a month and now i don't want it to be habit forming so i stopped it. After a day, I'm back to feeling anxious and low again, i was suffering from health anxiety, now what do i do? I can't and i don't want to be on this medication forever.

Patience dude..  Patience.. Doctor prescribed this after analysis of your mental health.. You can take from 3 to 6 months. It will not form a habit.. Don't worry. Don't stop suddenly as it will have some side effects.. It has be gradually reduced as per advice from doctor..
