  4. Stool test. Hemorrhoids cause this too?

Is it possible for there to be trace amounts of occult blood and occasional RBCs in the stool if you are visiting India and suddenly on spicy foods for over three weeks along with stomach upset in the past three days? Also can hemorrhoids cause this too?
