Do not give top feed.Give exclusively your feed.Babies less than 1 year old have a very strong gastro colic reflex. Therefore they may pass stool each time they are fed. This is a normal phenomena

Dont worry.... Monitor weight of baby, if weight is increasing on Exclusive BF then no need to give anything other than BF.... Usually baby while on BF can pass stool 10 to 12 times per day, and its absolutely normal...
Next Steps
you can give digestive drops....

Check for weight gain. If adequate weight gain present do not worry. Also look for perianal redness if present. Consult Pediatrician online or offline if in doubt.

Babies pass motion after every feed, this is normal. They pass 10-20 times/ day. This is not infection, so do not worry. This will not reduce her weight too. So relax
Next Steps
Don’t give formula. Give only breast feeds. Passing loose stools is normal, so relax and breast feed only.
