Mera beta 2 months ka h ...baby ko cough ho gya h ...runny nose nhi h aur na hi congestion h but breath krte time sound aa ri h ...I am using saline nasal drop ...what else i should do so that baby get relief...plz suggest

greetings. sound comes during inspiration or expiration. ,from your description it does not appear serious. but your words like sound come while breathing,, first think of soft larynx. or block in respiratory tract .or . Either d o Any way after examination bronchoscopy and do remove the food particle or foreign particle. we have to relieve the child .if it is soft larynx, , it will improve within a few weeks
