We showed the stool report earlier. It showed mucus 2+, occult blood positive, and Ascaris worm.
Last week we gave Zentel 400 (Albendazole) as prescribed. But there is still mucus coming in stool and there is no improvement.
Can we give one more Albendazole tablet now, or do we need another medicine?
Do we need to do the colonoscopy now?
Also please tell us: What food should we give?
What precautions should we take?
Please advise what to do next.

Yeah it needs another dose of albendazole and the patient needs Basic blood investigations and colonoscopy for sure if not resolving
Ascariasis might be an innocent bystander with underlying other GI issue ongoing
