There are two issues , one is gall bladder polyp, and another is subserosal fibroid in the uterus. Incase she is having gastritis and upper abdominal pain she needs to consult a general surgeon and get the gall bladder removed. And incase she is having issues with menses and irregular cycle the consult a gynecologist for medication and possible hysterectomy.
