Your wife’s symptoms—stomach pain, sour sensation (acidity), vomiting, and loose motions after outside food—are most consistent with Acute Gastroenteritis (food poisoning).
Next Steps
Immediate home management: • ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) – most important – 1 glass after each loose motion • For vomiting: – Ondansetron (as prescribed) • For loose motions: – Probiotic (e.g., Enterogermina/Sporlac) • For acidity: – **Pantoprazole once daily before food • Diet: – Light food (khichdi, curd rice, banana, coconut water) – Avoid oily/spicy/outside food
Health Tips
• Take small frequent sips of fluids to prevent dehydration • Ensure adequate rest • Maintain hygiene ⚠️ Seek medical care urgently if: • High fever • Blood in stool • Persistent vomiting (unable to retain fluids) • Severe weakness or dehydration ⸻

Food poisoning. Self resolving and limiting condition usually. If symptoms like pain, diarrhea, vomiting dont resolving in two days ,then you go nearby hospital and treat via Rehydration therapy. Ors is mandatory now.

This is likely acute gastroenteritis/food poisoning after outside food. Most cases are self-limiting and improve in 1–3 days with supportive care.
Next Steps
Ensure good hydration with ORS, light diet (khichdi/curd/rice), and avoid oily/spicy food. You can use antiemetic and antacid medicines for symptom relief. If loose motions are frequent, a probiotic can help.
Health Tips
Consult a doctor urgently if there is high fever, persistent vomiting, blood in stools, or signs of dehydration.
