I am feeling stomach upset from 1 month after eating food in on e occasion.. stomach pain some times constipation sometimes loose motion.. pls suggest

If you have eaten food from outside and you have stomach upset with periods of alternating constipation with diarrhoea, it is better that you consult a gastroenterologist near you and get a ultrasound scan and stool examination and further treatment
