Stomach Upset

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi My wife is having Stomach pains past 3 months. It's not regularly. But it happens twice or thrice in a week. As per my observation " when she walks too much, when she have some spicy food she feels this type of pains. " And it's not on the normal mensuration time it's after that happens. The moment she feels pain she just go and sleep for a while .. Please suggest
