Stomach upset and body pain
I am having full back pain knee pain headache from morning. By afternoon I started having pain in the upper stomach. Pain which comes and goes. Stool changed to semi solid went twice in the evening. Actually I m a feeding mother to a 5 month baby. Took pan 40 only. Kindly suggest medicine if any can be taken
