Dear , as I can see you are 39+, gradually your metabolism is slowing down as well as you are suffering from liver malfunction . The first thing you can do is to reduce caffeine ( in. Form of tea) , avoid milk and milk products. Avoid inflammatory foods like sugar, don't skip meals, have small and frequent meals, add cinnamon powder a pinch during main meals.
