Stomach swellling
Hi,
My wife suffering from stomach pain, Stomach swelling.
Month back we have consulted gastroenerologist, she did endoscopy and blood test and told she has gastric ulcer.
She suggested medication for 1 month,we have completed the course but still swelling not cured.
My wife has cinus alergy(every early mngs sneeze) and B12 vitamin difficiancy also.
For B12 we are using injuctions.
She also reducing weight now she is 45kg
Please suggest us how to proceed further

If motions are normal then the most likely cause of her symptoms may be gastritis only as evident in the report.
if gastritis heals and her appetite becomes normal then weight loss will not happen
