Stomach right side heavy pain

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My wife is pregnant 4month 24 days till now, she feel heavy pain in right side of stomach. After this I am contact a local doc and ultrasound report doc said more than normal swelling in right side kidney . Please. Suggest me what can I do now
