Im having pain in my lower abdomen and feeling of vomiting especially while im hungry or sleping and i feel burning feeling in my stomach

Difficult to pin point to one particular diagnosis with this . But it does require attention and you will need a scan for the abdomen and pelvis . Make sure to see the gastro enterologist once and get clinically evaluated before the scan .
