Hi..2 mnth back i was passing black stool then i went for stool test report say Blood-nil Occult blood-present Mucus present Rest of the report was ok..i had pan 40 tablet for 1 mnth by consulting my doctr frnd..bt again from past 2 days i am passing black stool specially in d mrng..there is burning in my stomach and too much gas problm when stomach is empty bt after eating somethng i feel comfortable..apart from this i am not feeling anything else.. What could be d reason..what deseasei might have.. Thanks..

Hello.. You say you have black stools and occult blood is also present then am sure we need to rule out the ca use of the bleeding...It's quite possible that somewhere up in the gut it might be bleeding..Like polyp..Or due to some parasitic infection.. meet a gastroenterologist... Thank you
