Potty after 2 hours of eating
From last 2 months  I have to pass stool  after one to two hours of taking meal. The stool is loose and watery. I am feeling cramps and gastric action in my stomach and after passing stool I am feeling relax . Is it okay.

Most likely its IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome). Stool culture if needed,Blood tests (CBC, ESR/CRP). To ruled out other diseases.Avoid spicy, oily, Eat small, frequent meals,Maintain good hydration.Long-term control is possible with lifestyle , diet and  medicines like loperamide for diarrhoea, antispasmodic for cramps,probiotics for gut health or motility.consult for further management.
