Stomach pain with vomiting sensation

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My dad 52 years old, for the past 3 years he has been having constant stomach pain,always feeling stomach full, with gas releasing problem and vomiting sensation.consumption of medicines for all above leading to more gas formation.
