Stomach pain while urination
Was hospitalized due to brain stroke. After discharge faced UTI issue. UTI issue is better now but unable to stool properly and also having pain in lower abdomen while urination.
Kindly suggest.

Due to hospitalization u might be catheterized for urination so u got UTI which has not gone completely so u get pain while passing urine.
And as u were hospitalised u must not be feeling much hungry n not eating much hence the constipation

Looks like you are having stricture of urethra , this can be cured by a short course of anti inflammatory medicines , also get a urine culture done to start specific antibiotics
