Lately my stomach feels hard like a baby inside of me something moves inside and I feel kicks but I don't think I'm pregnant because I took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative and I also have vagina pain on my left side only

Hello...... Pregnancy is one the main reason for missed period in normally menstruating woman. Do urine pregnancy test if you missed your periods , if the test result comes positive you have to consult gynaecologist for further management.. Otherwise no need to worry.. Missed period is the first and foremost sign of pregnancy.
