Stomach pain, not feeling like to eat, also occasionally headache, had carrom sachets, since 2 days , not improved much, can you please advise

Hello....... There are main causes for stomach pain, gastritis is one of the cause, but he is just 11 year old, there are many causes like gastroenteritis, urinary bladder problem etc... Per abdominal examination and investigation is required for diagnosis, consult pediatrician.
