I had lower stomach pain since 15-20 days...So, I did LFT and RFT in which everything was normal except Potassium which was 5.17 and the normal value was given to be 3.5-5.1. So, it was slightly greater...Should I worry ?

Your potassium is normal though it is on upper limit.
It could be due to potassium rich meal previous 12-24hrs like fruits and green vegetables.
Recheck after a couple of weeks.

It is not alarmingly high... but it is still abnormal for someone with normal kidney function to have high potassium
Did u recently take any painkillers.
Also do u have high bp or any other diseases
For the stomach pain, pls get an ultrasound
