Stomach pain, severe sweat, motions

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My mom experienced severe stomach pain, heavy sweating, loose motions, vomiting (green colour) and pain in legs... In last 1 week, 3 times it happened. We have got following testings done. Basis ultrasound a doctor suggested removal of gall bladder due to gallstones, however CT reports shows no major issue of gall bladder. Please help to understand the issue and suggest further treatment.

Ct scan findings are more accurate. The cause of pain abdomen episodes need evaluation. Intestinal causes need evaluation and treatment.
