Stomach pain
My son is 10 years old, this morning he got stomach pain. He has not been able to go to the toilet for 2 days. Please suggest any medicine.

Constipation can lead to abdominal pain. Make sure child takes enough water, fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Avoid junk foods. For acute pain due to constipation can be relieved with medications like dulcolax suppository and other oral laxatives- should be given according to child's weight
