Stomach pain
My child had loos motions with fever with pain stomach. Ultrasound and xray of stomach was normal. He was admitted in a hospital where he was given iv antibiotics. When inj azee was being given, my son had burning pain in stomach , so drip was stopped. Does azee cause severe burning pain in stomach. He even had difficulty in breath due to pain in stomach. I'm a nurse by profession. Pls reply

Iv antibiotics can be the reason Can give rantac or pantop Azee in some kids cause acidity, very very rare

In complaint of loose motion inj azee is not advised.however treating paediatrician is best judge.abd pain may be due to g.i.infection.
