Hi good afternoon !! With your history what u provided it looks like Constiaption but this is not enough ! It would be great if you provide more details regarding her eating habits , sleep routine and water intake !! As of now make sure your 8 yr old daughter get enough night time sleep (continuous 10 hr no late night awakening ) , drink enough water and have healthy food habits ( include fibre in form of sprouts , oats , fruits , green vegetables) as long as u maintain her routine she will not have this issue ! Encourage for timely bowl habits ! Limit screen time and sedentary behaviour ! Include indoor physical activities also ! The medication what you started can continue for 15 days but slowly you can stop once healthy routine established !! Pain is mostly because of gases for that you can give syp carmicide 5 ml three times a day ( pediatric ) if it’s not helping consult with your Pediatrician physically
