Stomach pain in morning

Asked for Male, 5 Years

From last 2 days my son is complaining about stomach pain in the morning time when he wakes up. First we thought it was because of holding urine for long time but that's not the case. His motions are also alright. Please help us find the reason for the issue and next course of action.
