Your report says you have stone in left upper ureter ( urine pipe is simple language) stone is significant in size and causing back pressure symptoms on your left kidney.
These stones will rarely pushed down via urine and hence you need to consult urologist. As these stones are causing back pressure on kidney which is not a good sign.
Available treatment is mostly ESWL( shock waves for stone so it will get fragmented and will pass through urine) or URS (ureteroscopic removal).
Medical treatment usually don't help to get rid of these stones.

Dear you need ureterorenoscopy removal of stone. AndDJ stunting as this16mm stone is unlikely to pass and stent removal after 6 wks
